Information you choose to share

This website does not collect payment information. Booking forms create a message that you choose to send through WhatsApp. The resort may receive your name, phone number, travel dates, guest count and requirements when you contact it.

WhatsApp, email and external services

The embedded Google Map may send routine device and network information to Google when the page loads. When you open WhatsApp, email, Google Maps, Google Reviews, Instagram or Facebook, that provider’s privacy terms apply. Nalari Resort Sumer does not control those external platforms.

Server logs and analytics

The web host may process routine technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access for security and reliability. Analytics should only be activated after the site owner configures the chosen service and updates this policy where necessary.

Google Reviews connection

If the optional Google Places review connection is enabled, the website requests public review data through a server-side endpoint. The private API key is not exposed in page code.

Data retention and requests

Enquiry information is retained only as needed to answer, manage a booking, meet accounting obligations or resolve a dispute. For privacy questions, email nalariresort25@gmail.com.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the resort changes its booking, analytics or communication systems.
